This is probably a stupid question, but how does everyone get the nice little tables for bios -- so it's all aligned in the post and nothing fancy? My laptop won't let me get out of html mode so I really can't do much of anything unless I have the coding itself.

this is what i'm talking about also, how do I get the nice little header? I want to learn how to do cute things with my journals
