Needing a little bit of help.

Up until very recently, the friend button in my game was working (mostly) fine. It would bring you to the white screen of death, but it still added and removed all the necessary people. Over the past couple of days, it's started just... not adding. There's nothing different about the coding; it's still exactly the same.

So I was wondering:

a) Is anyone else having this issue?
b) Does anyone know how to fix it?

Any help would be very appreciated.

I'm trying to figure out why the navigation links don't seem to show up on my 'friends' page. Here is where I'm using the layout. You can see the navigation links under the image there, but when you click on 'friends' it goes to here and you don't see the navigation links anymore. Where could I have gone wrong in the coding? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
