So, what's the deal with how many kids are here? I don't mind 'em of course, some of them seem pretty dang bright and all, but i can't help but feelin' like it's wrong. Like the robot runnin' this place don't have his head screwed on right.

We're still working out the kinks, but for now, we'd like to just gather a headcount! Don't all pipe up at once! There'll be plenty of action for everyone! [they laugh]

[Timid, shifting from hoof to hoof, a yellow pegasus with a beautiful pink mane looks nervous, fearful even, as she hides behind a rock, peeking out on occasion. The network device is sitting off to the side and slanted, as though obviously taken off. Shaking from head to hoof, you’d imagine that she’s cold, but the temperature outside isn’t bad. Voice trembling, it’s so quiet and faint that you have to struggle even just to hear it.]

Oh my a...a prison. Um...t-there must be a terrible mistake. You see...I don’t do very well with scary things, and criminals sound exceedingly frightening...

[Glancing around, swallowing thickly and voice lowering if ponally possible into a near squeak.]

[It's nerve-wracking, Yuuki has to admit. Of all the days for her to be out and about it has to be the most hectic. Flipping her rich, mahogany, hair out from her spring jacket she walks purposefully, up right and straight. She's determined, regardless of the anxious feeling lingering within the pit of her stomach.

If she's going to convince anyone to attend this meeting and prove that it is worth their time without becoming alarmed, then she has to be able to present herself. Really, she's not sure the best way to go about it but this isn't about her. It's about everyone. The only way she knows how to move forward is to be up front and direct and tell the individuals face to face in person. Otherwise she isn't going to gain a favorable outcome or gain any support for an idea that has the potential to help others if it's executed correctly. Regardless, though, she's sure it isn't easy. Funny how now of all times she misses her blonde haired companion It's times like this he would be stuck to her side in the absence of her brother. It's bitterly true, what they say. She's learned over and over again that you never really know what you have until it's gone.

She closes her eyes and gives a small shake of her head. He's back home, though, and that's all that matters. More importantly, she has her mission. With each step forward she watches and listens attentively; sensing for the presence of others. Usually it's something she cares little about, but not today. She hopes everyone is home. With the arrival of all the new inmates she's sure her day is going to be that much busier. It's to her advantage, though, she thinks wryly with a faint grin, that her audience only consists of individuals like her.

After all, the most likely place to find a vampire during the day is at home.

Approaching the residence nearest her she stops before the door. Raising a small fist, she finally knocks.]

[It's early morning and Kamui has found that he has a whole lot on his mind he can't stop thinking about. When he'd woken up and found it just starting to get light outside, he'd decided against trying to go back to sleep and, as quietly as possible, slipped out of the house and made his way to the beach.]

[It doesn't take long for him to fall into a familiar habit of strolling aimlessly along the beach, and before long he's spaced out enough that approaching him unnoticed won't be hard.]

[They don't feel good. It's an irritating, churning feeling in their gut, and they're becoming restless and moody because of it. They've holed themselves up in a particularly sturdy tree, seeking the shade and the cold. They'll likely be up their all night, if they have their way.]

Well, then. Who'd like to form a Host Club staffed by women? Welcoming male and female customers, of course.

[Saguru can clearly be seen on screen in his normal suit, with two buckets behind him and a mysterious cooler next to him. Given there's some food ingredients next to the buckets, like vanilla, some people might jump to a logical conclusion that someone is making ice cream. They would be correct. He's clearly in the shelter common room!]

If anyone else is interested, I'm making homemade ice cream after it was pointed out to me that this area is sorely lacking in such. I'm prepared to make vanilla, but if anyone has any other preferences, just head over with whatever flavourings you'd like, some ice and two buckets.

Kamui, head over whenever you feel like it; it's a little tiresome on the arms to do it alone.

Hello lovely denizens of Marina, I am Tamaki Suoh and I would like to inform all of our newcomers of the Host Club which I founded! It is a club which makes use of a man's good looks and talents to please the beautiful women who visit us! And if that simply isn't enough to entice you to join us, I would also like to point out that this is a marvelous way of meeting new people. You will gain the opportunity to learn more about those you already know and form new friendships with others who you haven't met yet!

As king and president of this extraordinary club, I will be more than happy to answer any and all of the questions you may have for me about this so please don't hesitate to ask!

The things I have learned in Marina: They should include this in those brochures.

One, costume parties. Don't go to them. If you must drag yourself over there, try wearing your own clothes. 'Wearing your own clothes to a costume party, Damon?' I know, I know. Genius.

Two, the quickest way to draw attention to yourself is to talk about vampires. Try it out! Cry wolf if you want to. Just remember, it's a sensitive topic. There's a guy somewhere around here that takes them very seriously. A little too seriously.

Three, you can't walk from one end of the dome to another without meeting a defense patrol member. They're everywhere. Thank you - defense force - for protecting the lives of the crimi- sorry, citizens of Marina. I, for one, commend you. Try not to screw up anytime soon.

Why is there a "refrigerator" of human blood? If vampires are being encouraged to drink human blood, how does that ensure no troubles with the residents here? [Whoever thought human blood would be an acceptable diet for a vampire in the first place?]

[After all the excitement of yesterday, the dome seemed pretty mellow today. Not that he'd done much yesterday, apart from talking to some people. Hearing the uproar about the girl wanting to kill all the Japanese inmates had been interesting though. Despite being in prison, people were still so committed to their ideals, huh?]

[No matter. For today, he was content with just taking it easy. He had enough fun playing with the two Kamuis the other day. Plus, there was a very important matter that needed to be addressed with the dome.]

Does this place have anywhere good to get ice cream? The food choices here seem very limited.

[At least compared to what Tokyo was in its prime. Of course, that was before everything flooded. He pauses for a moment, looking thoughtful.]
