Prank Plot - Day Nine

Cedric Diggory Mood Hair
The victims hair will turn the color most associated with the mood. Red- Angry; Yellow- Happy; Blue - Sad; Grey- worried ect.
Ted Tonks Oh Glow Up
The victim will glow a neon color (players choice) whenever in a dark room/outside at night.
Dominique Weasley Turn Heads
The user will gain animalistic cranial features (ie enlongated snout, pointy/floppy ears, long teeth, whiskers). The player can choose from Cat or Dog.
