Draco & Regulus
WHO: Draco Malfoy & Regulus Black
WHAT: Cousins bonding...hopefully. ;)
WHERE: The Manor
WHEN: Sunday afternoon
When Draco needed to talk to the students, he usually invited them to his office. However, Regulus wasn't just any student. He was family and family, for better or worse, was always important to Draco.
He didn't know Regulus well. They talked a few times over journals and between visits Regulus paid to Polaris, but Draco hoped for more. Growing up, he had been told one thing about his fallen cousin, but learned a new story in his adulthood. Now he had a feeling Regulus may have felt as out of sorts as Draco sometimes did.
Regulus wanting an apprenticeship for the summer proved a good reason to have him over. Draco extended his open door before, but now he thought he found a way that Regulus couldn't dodge. Sneaky, perhaps, but he was still a Slytherin. Of course, so was his cousin so Draco was sure he'd find a way out if he wanted it badly enough.
He ordered lunch in and after making sure the girls were attended to, he set up his and Regulus' lunches in another room away from prying ears. He only hoped Regulus showed.
