Rp Tutorials

I've got a question. I have a friend that I'm introducing to the world of RP on IJ. They're mostly interested in PSLs at this time, though may be interested in comms later on. I remember a while ago (years, maybe?) seeing a post somewhere about like...the ins and outs of RP on IJ. I think it had advice on how to start RP-ing on IJ and creating ads and character journals and stuff like that for both comms and ads. I did a quick browse through the tags here, but I didn't see anything that matched what I think I was remembering, unless I completely missed it. My friend is completely new to IJ and journal RP in general, and while I'm more than glad to answer any questions they may have, I don't want to miss any crucial information or advice that could help, especially with PSL's because I simply DO NOT do PSLs, so I have no advice about what to say or put into ads and such, you know? Does anyone have any/know of any posts that could help with this? Thank you in advance! :D
