Rp Tutorials

I know this has probably been asked before, so apologies in advance - I was wondering if anyone knows of a comm or person that takes manip requests. I do realize that there are sites on the net that allow you to create really basic ones but I was looking for something a little better than those.

If anyone can help, I'd be really grateful and willing to offer any favor I can in return.
