does anyone know how to move the tabs back down on firefox? i had to update it on a new computer and i can't remember how to do it. thanks in advance!

can anyone help me out? i've royally screwed up some coding here. the border image isn't showing up for the background info and facts, and i can't get the background info table any larger so there isn't that weird gap between everything. any help would be greatly appreciated as i'm still new at all of this html stuff.

After a bit of searching and coming up with nada I was wondering, are any icon communities out there still open and taking requests? All the usual go-to ones seem to be closed.
