I have a question on RP etiquette. When posting and commenting in journals/blogs, would it considered improper behavior from the OP to NOT answer the first comment of a certain character?

Does anyone know where in an S2 Bloggish layout is the option to hide or show the links list? I'm trying to modify something and I have show links list in the custom options and I have a links list filled out but I think it's set to be hidden in the stylesheet and can't seem to figure out where. Thanks!
