I've made a new best friend from this arrangement. My room mate, apparently, has a cat who ended up here and she's the sweetest thing. She spends a lot of her time curled up against me purring away. Having her around very nearly makes me forget just how much I miss BB.

I couldn't interest someone in babysitting a toddler for a few hours tonight or tomorrow, could I? I plan on forcing his usual sitter to be more social and have fun so he's out.
