She's gone. Rose Elizabeth is really gone. I wanted more time. It almost feels like a cruel joke to have her taken away after such a short time. She made me smile and laugh in ways I never thought I would again. I guess I should consider myself lucky. For a little while I got to be a father again. It just hurts right now.

FREEEEEEDOM!! I'm no longer tethered. No offence to my companion, nice guy, but someone practically being in your face 24/7 is exhausting. The lack of privacy and not being able to do what I want when I want is something I don't want to ever experience again.

good news: today was my hand sergery and they said theyd have a progres update after they operated then they put me under.

better news: hands are back to normal, like totaly normal good as knew.

real wierd news: not only are my hands beter but im kinda a lass now...i gess i have to take it over the altenetive but...what? no really what?

when people at the barn called me a horsegirl i think this was no' what they had in mind.

In an attempt to sort this out, I've been attempting to make sense of the energy here, both magical and otherwise. Still working on a potential solution for us all, and I think, as usual, it's gonna need all of our magical braintrust, and probably some outside help, but in any case, I've noticed a few odd facts here.


Fact One: It seems like what we are dealing with so far is a mixture of things we've dealt with in the past.

Fact Two: I've yet to establish a pattern among those of you who have mentioned what you've been experiencing...it's nothing NEW this time, but I would suggest it's whatever lingering bits of those events remain.

Fact Three: I can't, however, confirm this when I attempt to check things out, and looking into our future is, at the moment, kind of futile. No matter what I try in terms of checking, I'm unable to pick up on any confirmed energy.

Fact Four: Someone from my own past has been haunting me, and so vividly that I thought for a moment she'd been sent here from another timeline. It was disappointing that was not the case, but I don't suppose it was more than wishful thinking on that end.

Fact Five: The bard who has been visiting and serenading me is talented and attractive, but knowing this is likely due to whatever's in the air, makes me really loath to engage TOO much besides seeing if he needs a drink, or to sleep or something. I DO appreciate the thought, but I don't want to encourage i unless/until it happens again once things are resolved. For all I know, he's got someone out there, missing him. ...If anyone IS missing a bard...you know what to do.

Anyone have anything else to add to the confusion?

This would be the perfect opportunity for an "I lived, bitch" hospital selfie if I had anyone to send this to but myself.

They're still doing tests. Most of my left side isn't good. I look and feel horrible. I'm glad it was me though and not Jessica.

I wish I could go home to my family.

It's only Tuesday and I could already use a good, stiff drink.
