On with the question... and one that has me a bit stumped.

I've noticed in the comments of an entry, after clicking "Leave a comment", you will see:
picture to use: [default icon] Don't auto format {quote}.

But after clicking "Read comments" and then "Post a new comment", this lovely option is revealed:

For someone like me who has around 800 user images uploaded, this option makes using icons much easier and a bit faster. Is there any way to view this option permanently in communities and inside customised comment pages?

In my recent quest for an uncommon Pansy Parkinson PB, I realized that find_a_pb has some awesomely creative and kind followers, but also that there really wasn't a place where people could just suggest possible PBs for canon based games. pb_updates has fantastic tag features, but only let you suggest five possible characters per face, and it also has to be the icon maker suggesting them.

So, I bring you suggest_a_pb! It's an open community, where people can post the canon description of a fandom character (right now I've got Harry Potter stuff up because it's what I play, but please do post from any fandom!), comments to break down age ranges, and then anyone at all can reply with their PB suggestions.

If anyone has the time and inclination to post their suggestions (or new characters), I - and future rp'ers - will be super grateful to you! Go forth and be the amazingly helpful people that you are! ♥
