The memories were peeking through the cracks and he wanted to scream at them to stop, to stay back and let him be. Even now, as a time of strife and drama came to him in bits and pieces, he fought, knowing he was going to lose.]

Found a job as a courier. Pay isn't the best but I'm getting exercise riding a bike everywhere and sometimes I get tipped so that's cool. It's not the most glamorous of jobs, but it covers my portion of the rent and bills with a little extra left over so I can treat my girlfriend to dates when she's available.
