I watched TV the other night for the first time in a long time. And I remembered why I stopped watching. The commercials always make me wonder what the hell people were thinking. I just don't get the appeal of half of them sometimes. I guess I'm the odd ball out but that's okay.

Anyways, we have a new bartender at Nightshade. I stole him from one of the Casino's in Vegas, and he's got some flair to him. I think the ladies will enjoy him, so that's always nice.

It's her birthday.

She does what she's been wanting to do for a long time: quietly slips away to England. While on the plane, she considers moving back permanently. She came to the city to atone, but it is difficult to atone when Arthur has forgotten her entirely. Even
Lancelot has forgotten her entirely.

It is not for a desire for either that she is angered. No matter how much she is disregarded now, she
was part of the picture, was politically an amazing queen and would have continued to be one were it not for the Orkneys. (Always the whore, never the queen.)

But these are unkind (Arthur and Lancelot deserve happiness), unfair (the Orkneys were entirely in the right when they outed her) thoughts. She is no stranger to harboring unkind and unfair thoughts until they fester into unkind and unfair actions. (Holding in the pain of her barrenness until it culminated in passion with the wrong man.) So she does what she does best:

She runs.

ooc: lol my clock says may 7 but it's the 6th for most of you, i think!

...that awkward moment when you're talking music with a classmate and they ask you your favorite song and you reply 'Somebody To Love' which they respond to by asking if you have Beiber-fever, so you have to restrain your inherent rage to inform them you meant Queen, though Jefferson Airplane also did the song.

It is much to early in the morning for me to have to deal with this without having had my morning mocha latte, so let me express my feelings via a cunning series of macros.

These say it all... )

It's so strange to call it a super moon. I would have petitioned for a name change.

It wasn't that great. I didn't sleep at all.

I want ice cream.
