SUBJECT: Offering assistance

Hello Minister Shacklebolt,

Congratulations on your new job. My great-uncle phoned me and said you personally duelled YKW together with him and Professor McGonagall. That's pretty amazing. I'm currently in France, and would like to offer my help in a few ways.

1. Convincing Dante Avery to turn himself in and give up information. I don't know what your plans are re: prison reform, but if supervised visits were a privilege he could earn, I think he'd be cooperative in exchange for the chance to meet his son.

2. Getting information out internationally about Death Eaters who are unaccounted for. I've been in contact with foreign Ministries since I left the country on April 9th, and with foreign reporters as well.

3. My flat in Knockturn. The rent is paid up to the end of September. Muggleborns who don't have a home to return to are welcome to live in it.

4. Getting the Ministry computer network back online and secured. I'm good with magical technology. Percy Weasley can confirm.
