I guess the rabbits were a one day Easter thing.  I'm glad.  It was too weird to see rabbits acting as predators.  Unnatural. 

Still, I am in a mood for a theme meal.  Maybe a week of them. There are so many good ways to cook rabbit.  Roasted rabbit.  Braised in wine.  In a ragu over pasta. Rabbit sausage.  Rabbit stew.  Rabbit liver and kidneys on toast.  

I'm going to start with a breakfast of rabbit sausage with jalapeno peppers, onions and sweet peppers.  I'd  like company if anyone wants to cook or eat with me. 

Since one of you is gonna eat the mysterious stranger candy because your parents didn’t hug you enough growing up...

I'm sure I'm tempting fate, but this is a lot tamer than I was expecting.

Why are there eyes on everything? I swear they follow you as you move. Reminds me of some of the paintings back home actually.

Anyone up for a big group dinner this Sunday? I know it's not a holiday everyone shares, but it'd be nice to have a bunch of us in one place for a meal, I'd think.

This morning I came to be in possession of something that belongs to you.

And while I'm not calling it a hostage situation, I am open to negotiations regarding the exchange of a certain doctor's bag and the contents within.

I don't know if the hotel takes suggestions on places to go or not, but I'd like to (humbly!) request that we go to Paris, Marseille, Bordeaux, or pretty much anywhere at all in France, thanks.

Just to be absolutely certain I'm clear on the details of our situation:

We've been somehow transport to a world that is not our own.

We can't go back to our own worlds.

We can't contact anyone we know from our own worlds.

We can't leave this hotel unless mysterious circumstances allow us to.

People vanish without warning or trace somewhat regularly.

Some of us were dead previous to our arrival here.

But we've no reason to believe the rest of us are dead.

Many of the residents here are unmatched for their magical talent or technical minds in their own worlds.

Yet you've all accomplished approximately nothing to rectify the situation.

Instead, you've been drinking yourselves under the table and pinching each other for sport.

I'm certainly doomed to fail as well, and therefore I might as well take up one of these hobbies for myself.

Did I miss anything? Or does that about sum it up?

Usually, when someone attempts to invade my personal space and goose me over not wearing green because I don't want to be invisible to leprechauns, I turn around and throw hands and tell them that St. Patrick's color is actually blue. Not green. Also, it is an entirely American tradition and we're not in America, so I'm gonna protest. But I guess I'll also just have to accept that I'm gonna have bruises on my ass by the end of the day. Cause you can't throw hands at ghosts.

As a loosely connected aside. What am I supposed to do with this? I mean, I know what I'm supposed to do with it but I'm not looking to wake up with a disembodied penis in my bed or one sprouting out of my forehead or dicks for hands, so... who wants it?

Oh? Are we in Europe now?! Ireland, it seems. It makes me miss St. Petersburg, but at the very least, it is a new place to see.

In an unforeseen twist of fate, I can do anything and I don’t mean that in an affirmation saying on a mug tucked into the back of a Goodwill shelf sort of way.

I mean this morning I got out of bed, twirled around, and my clothes showed up on me like a dress up game. Then I went into the kitchen and willed a whole coffee service into existence. I figured it was a fluke so I tried it again with more specifics and this time got halfway decent scones without even one Cinderella-esque mouse.

Take away message is I suddenly have powers and, judging by the fact I didn’t break out in song or receive aid from a friendly animal companion, we’re not stuck in a musical. Did anyone else get something fun or...?

I know what you’re thinking. Not like that. I’m not crazy and I don’t mean that in the typical way that I say it.

Nothing has been cracked, at least on my end, but we (myself, along with Sabrina and Joey) have been working diligently to figure out what kinds of symbols were written all over my dang walls and I think we have... some of them.

I'm not a code-breaker, I don't know any code-breakers, but the short of it is that it's not a direct substitution cipher. And I would need all of the symbols identified before trying to figure out if it's a really weird homophonic substitution cipher. Even if it is, the words are then further scrambled which just seems like a lot of unnecessary work for this entity to go through in order to get attention. But I'm leaving it on the table because one of the words did hilariously unscramble into a swear.

So anyway. Here's what we've got so far:

I found a book about me in the library.  If anyone's read it, don't believe it.

I shoot one tape of b-roll and weird shit starts happening. I knew it. I absolutely knew that this is what would happen to me if I turned a camera on. I am not even surprised. Traumatized, yes. Surprised, no.
