I should have realized that a form of communication technology that quite nearly rivals magic in terms of cleverness would be used for nothing but whinging.

To think, I took the time to learn it.

Usually when people disappear their stuff goes with them so I do think that at least some of the people gone missing are just off... doing whatever it is the hotel wants them to be doing. I just wish I knew how long it would be. Erwin is prone to doing stupid and sometimes brave things that tend toward self-sacrificing. And I know he's not the only one.

Whoever told me around Earl Grey -- it's good.

Uncle Dan's one of the missing people. I can't reach him at all. Not even by zip-zip. That's telepathy. I don't think he's gone back home. He's okay. I know that much. It's a shine feeling.

I don't feel the Traveler here any more. Did he disappear? Is that how people come and go here?

What's one thing that you miss from home and one thing you appreciate here?

For me, I would saw watching the sunrise back home. They were quite stunning.

One thing I appreciate here would be more advanced technology. Our magic often made up for what we lacked, but it's no replacement.

I wouldn't mind waking up to a doughnut every day.

The Krispie Kreme Nutty Chocolatta doughnut, filled with Nutella and covered in chocolate icing, is the best thing ever.

It's also something I eat once a year because it's all sugar and no proteins, but if nothing we do here has any consequences in the real world, I might just have a lot more.

How long have I been living under a rock that I didn't realize there's now an arcade room?!?! This place is almost as good as heaven.
