While I'm aware it's not universal, the 4th of July is a pretty big event in my country on this planet, and we usually celebrate it with a bbq, party, and fireworks (at night). Seeing as we have that new patio with a grill, I think it would be a wonderful use of the area. Naturally, everyone would be invited to join the festivities. Would anyone be interested in doing something like a potluck?

Hello, everyone! I'd like to do something fun.

Who would like to have a skating competition? I know it's not the ice, but at least I can still skate with roller skates. It would be fun, da?
