I guess the rabbits were a one day Easter thing.  I'm glad.  It was too weird to see rabbits acting as predators.  Unnatural. 

Still, I am in a mood for a theme meal.  Maybe a week of them. There are so many good ways to cook rabbit.  Roasted rabbit.  Braised in wine.  In a ragu over pasta. Rabbit sausage.  Rabbit stew.  Rabbit liver and kidneys on toast.  

I'm going to start with a breakfast of rabbit sausage with jalapeno peppers, onions and sweet peppers.  I'd  like company if anyone wants to cook or eat with me. 

Since it's safe to venture outside again, anybody up for a swim?

It's probably freezing, we may die of hypothermia, but to be honest it's worth it if we can find out if there's a monster in the lake or not. I'm betting on yes, but I'm willing to be proved wrong.

Suit up, meet me at the docks at 1 PM.
