[public: did someone mention crazy? -- someone is playing the piano in room 201...]

Ginger ale was in fact invented by a doctor. However, I'm fairly certain that more than one party was involved in the act of its purloining; thus, let us then say that it was naively conspired. Purloined!? Why, yes. All ideas are stolen from the realm of the-not-yet-known. Inevitably, each idea is thrown into a mess of plenty of ideas, of which is called reality. Where it is then evidently carbonated and shuffled with ginger, madagascan vanilla, star anise, and other like spices which are subtle, yet bring out the poignant monologue of the stomach easing ginger ale blend.

What I mean to say, is that mostly anything created by doctors is in fact safe, drinkable, and often edible. For the respect of the brain-children of science, I indulge in medicine. Why don't you? I have a prescription. There's a cold going around. Does anyone have a cold? The sniffles? The wiffles? Feeling unlike yourself? I can help. I'm very helpful and thoughtful. My moon is in Pisces.

nOW FOR MY NEXt trick, I'll need a volunteer--don't fret folks!

... The last one only spent two weeks in the ICU ...

sHOULD i SEE you and feel you may be needing some yourself, I'll do well to suggest for your sake. My observation skills are as astute, impeccable, and infallible as Galileo. I will be able to tell if you have an ailment requiring cough medicine. Of course, my opinion and kindness are all given through the abundance and goodness of my heart, whereas that wretched doctor would tell the world that HE invented ginger ale ALONE and by HIMSELF! For this my face is sad for you.

My name is Esme Grigore.

There is no need to explain to me the nature of this place - I know it well enough, and the changes in it have already been told to me by my sister in 1203. I have also been told that, on the full moon night several months ago, she was harmed.

I would like to say, just to be clear, that if anyone sees fit to do her harm again, on a full, waxing, waning, or new moon, they will have me to reckon with.

That aside.

Reading the tarot is my business, and you'll find my readings more accurate than your average new age street woman with a veil and a deck of new cards that she thinks make her qualified. If you would like to schedule a reading, you need only contact me.

I would like to settle here with a minimum of trouble. Leave me be, and I will do the same for you. you know who you are

I'm left to wonder if things get better, in a place like this.

905(a)

Did you settle in alright?

It seems I'm a little late to volunteer, but if you still need participants for your tribunal, I am fairly new and don't know any of the people that seem to be involved.

I still owe you a drink, I think. unless i'm not to be trusted

[Posted Tuesday morning - I'm slow]

Fuck this building, I don't even know why I'm doing this If it wasn't for Lotte

I'm not getting locked up in the basement, so don't try it

Why the hell did I even come here in the first place

I know this is a rather hectic time, considering you've decided to set yourselves back a couple hundred years what's been going on lately, but I feel this is as good a time as any to to say this.

You're all aware that one of the fables within the building is the Phantom of the Opera, also known as Erik. I can't and won't deny that he is dangerous, and should be avoided at all costs during the full moon. Considering the audio posts used during the last one, some of you are likely aware that Erik's voice came from my apartment number.

So yes, he is my fable counterpart or whatever the hell you call it. It's come to my attention that Christine made a post during that night, however, claiming that Erik and I are the same. As I hope everyone realizes, we aren't our fables, and I'm certainly not him. I plan on doing my best to keep him away from people during subsequent full moons, but I thought I should say this publicly and let everyone know that Christine was misinformed. Not that I need to justify myself to you people None of you are in any position to judge

If any of you fucking show up at my door after this, it'll be the last thing you ever do

Ella?

Do you have a cell phone? It would be a lot more convenient than posting at you. Oh nevermind, I'll ask later.

Locked to 905A.

The people are coming down with your furniture around six.

Why does my financial adviser keep sending me annoying emails?

I'm borrowing some of your books, I'll send them down when I'm done? [...] You need them now?

You want me to water the herbs in the kitchen or do they just [...] grow?

Everyone is likely equally exhausted, and by now I'm sure many of you have gone to bed, but I felt like I ought to say this now, for everyone to read at their own discretion.

If you met a man last night going by the name 'Jackson Miller' under my apartment number, he is not who he says he is. His name is Professor James Moriarty. He's I can't believe I'm saying this from the Sherlock Holmes stories.

Please believe me when I say that he's extremely dangerous and you should stay away from him. He's the prototype for the modern super villain. He literally runs all of the crime in London. He is cold, ruthless, will do whatever it takes to get what he wants, and he is more than willing to kill people who get in his way.

I felt like I had to say something so that he didn't have the chance to go undetected again.

That said, [...] I'm not him.

needless to say, I'm not going to be in the safe room any time soon

206

I don't I didn't

I'm sorry.
