World Cup viewing party, my place. If you want to place bets (friendly ones, of course!) on the England/US match, we can arrange that too.

A little forewarning though - when push comes to shove, Les Bleus have my heart. I don't care about fucking Uru

The place is definitely something else. By any chance, does anyone know if the effects happen even when you're currently not in the building?

Miss Avery, it's been too long. I'm sorry for not contacting you in person, but I didn't want to risk missing you again. How has the prettiest LA girl I am positive I have ever met been?

[A couple hours before sunrise]

So who wants to get breakfast after this? Because I'm pretty sure getting drunk isn't an option at this hour. If we do brunch right, we can get mimosas.

It isn't that I like being locked inside my own apartment, but my dog keeps trying to bite me and I'm certain it isn't paranoia. There isn't a chance someone is outside is there?

What the hell? Wasn't something supposed to have happened? The moon's up and I haven't changed into anything. All of you were out of your godd Why have the boards gone voice only? And why the hell can't I get out?

Oh, and if someone can explain why I'm being bowled over by waves of emo

You're an even better liar than I thought. You really had me going there, Ja Chris. But I won't hold it against you, not after that spectacular night out.

I'm searching for the Other Beauty. I'd like to speak to her please, if anyone knows her whereabouts.

Also, I normally don't socialize within the building, as I'm generally confined above-stairs for the duration of my time here, but I was curious if anyone else feels rather disappointed with this turn of events? We have limited time here, after all, and now we are all incarcerated as well?

[Hopefully] Are you out there still?

Did anyone not make it through the latest building nightmare catastrophe?

[706, 202]

I got the job.

[905, forwarded to R1B]

We haven't turned a profit because of opening costs, but we already made three times what the shop made last month. If the records the last owner kept are correct.

That's pretty impressive, Ella.

[1104]

How are you?

...So I'm not working at the coffee shop any more, but Stella says she'll still slip me free sticky buns. Even though she didn't get that date I promised her with Micah.

[705]

What happened? Who did you get trapped with?

Being locked in a fishbowl really puts you out of touch with the world. I just found out about the stolen artwork in France. Quelle Tragédie!

[Locked separately to 806 and 303]

I'm assuming that you were as preoccupied as I was when this happened, but do you know whose work this is? I know they're laying low right now, but I would kill to get my hands on some of those.

POSTED FROM #608.

Hello, my name is Isabella Stegner, and I'm new to the building. I figured introducing myself would be a good idea, as I see this apartment as my permanent residence for the foreseeable future. I am 24, was raised in Maryland, spent the past year in San Francisco, and am a receptionist at Daly & Falk, LLP. for the summer.

If there's more you would like to know about me, please drop by for a visit so that I might know the face of whom I am speaking to. Old fashioned as it may be, I enjoy speaking to people face to face. Additionally, there's the caveat that one can never be too careful on a network; although, one would hope that she just signed a lease on an apartment in a building void of felons and sexual offenders.

Hello, neighbors. I'm Serena St. James and I've just moved in. I've met some of you in passing, but thought a more thorough introduction would not go amiss. I'm a dancer and stage actress by profession, and am currently performing as a chorus member in the new musical The Bacchae. It's off-broadway for the moment, but I promise you that it's still great. If you're at all a theater fan, let me know and I'll hook you up with discount tickets.

Other things to know about me: I'm a night owl, and my door is always open. The latter is literally true at the moment, since I'm painting up a storm in here (sorry about the fumes, guys!) Do stop by and say hello if you can.
