As I am sure you are all aware, my niece, Susan, is missing, and I have received multiple threats, among other things, on her life.

I am hereby authorizing the arrest of any person or persons who have been vocal in the issue of blood purity. Use your judgment wisely, though assumptions must be made.

If my niece isn't found by the end of the month, stronger actions must be taken. This cannot go any further.
