I really wish the hotel would let me sleep outside. I don't like being away from nature this long. Perhaps I should bring some nature inside; I wonder if I could get away with that?

There's noise in my head all the time. I don't listen to your thoughts. It's more of a background noise. With all the people gone, it's like someone's turned down the volume on the radio in my mind. Quieter, like someone else pointed out. It's weird. The hotel was never as loud as a town, but it was enough to not feel lonely. I'm kind of missing the loud. I might just put on my headphones and blast some music. I usually do that to keep the voices out. Hope it works to keep out the quiet too.
