06:08 pm [runespoor7] [Link]	Jason in Nightwing: Year One Previous posts have already noted that there's a trend in canon retconning Jason has having been more violent, angrier and more of as street punk than he was originally depicted as in the handful of issues Collins was writing him. One of the most blatant examples comes from Nightwing: Year One, which was published from March to May 2005 – for comparison, Under the Hood's first issue was published in February 2005, though the reveal that Red Hood was Jason was only published in August. I have no idea what the information sharing regarding Jason was at the time between editorial/writers of different title, and thus can't say if Dixon was even aware that Jason was in the process of being revived, much less if there were directives as to how depict him. Some of these scans have already been posted in tsuki_the_geek's posts of how Jason gained the Robin suit and how his first night as Robin went, but I'm reposting here for the sake of clarity. If it is offensive I'll take the scans down. 07:58 pm [lipsofpoison] [Link]	I bring you some scans from the Jason story from Legends of the Dark Knight #100. With huge thanks to islwyn who encouraged me to go hunting for this, I found it a very enjoyable issue. Please excuse the slight wonkyness of the scans, my scanner hates me. It's six months after Jason's training began and he's now an officially trained Robin. He's been really happy all day. This is running concurrently with flash-forwards to Bruce searching for Jason when Jason was searching for his mother during A Death In The Family. This little bit with Alfred, Bruce and Jason was what sparked my love for the story, though. A lot of people wear the t-shirts, love autographs and generally wanted to be Superman when they grow up. I decided to post this when going through some old issues, I realised that a few of the Robins get thoroughly excited when meeting the man for the first time. 09:33 pm [trelas] [Link]	A few perfect moments:: Batman vs. Predator As I was looking over some of the one perfect moment, I was reminded of Batman Vs. Predator, which to me is one of the greatest crossover stories ever published and an insanely awesome bout between the two characters mentioned in the title. It also contained three perfect moments for three central charaters in the Batverse as well as two beautiful large images, which contrast each other in several ways.
