This wasn't quite what I had in mind when we left New Orleans.

I'm not sure how I pictured my future, but this definitely wasn't it. I guess I've been stuck in worse places, at least.

Little known fact about pumpkins....well maybe it is well known but I'll share it anyways. All of the pumpkin seeds and stuff are concentrated at the bottom of the pumpkin. Instead of cutting it at the top, cut it from the bottom and you'll have an easier time cleaning it out because gravity will be working for you.

It is halfway through October and I don't have a Halloween costume yet. I have definitely fallen down on the job. Someone give me ideas. Or just tell me what you're considering, so I can rule it out.

A combination of Peter and Dash suggested we put a Haunted House in the Youth Center this year.

This will be a lot of work, but definitely worth it. That means, I'm looking for volunteers to help come up with ideas and put it all together. Anyone up for it?

From what I've read, the Tooth Fairy is a fascinating character, but a slightly unsettling one. There are very few fey I could imagine trusting with any part of me, no matter how valuable the reward. We burned lost teeth or else warded them very carefully.
