Ralph Argent, also known as the Wraith. Twelve-A enchanter, led a smuggling ring of broad scope and numbers which operated throughout the Related Worlds, trading in weapons, restricted magical ingredients, and butchered less savory items. He was recently observed in company with the unfortunately named Zemo of whom I believe Dr. Simmons may have some knowledge. They appear to be working directly at the behest of our friends on Titan.

I dearly hope It may simply a case of mistaken identity, but it does make sense for those with an interest in profiting off the Related Worlds to engage someone who has made a living doing just that. He ought to have been in prison without his magic, but timelines are fickle things. Certainly a man with such a fate awaiting him at home might be amenable to an offer such as a powerful corporation could make.

Beginning today in honor of Giving Tuesday, Sadtech will be holding a holiday toy drive in cooperation with local Youth Centers to provide gifts for children in need for the winter holidays. There are collection boxes in the lobby at the New York Headquarters and at all satellite locations in the New York area. We're also taking volunteers to help load the toys for transport to the Youth Center.

Come, help set up, and then enjoy Taco Tuesday after.

For those who haven't already received the report, our guest, brought back by Rey and Jacen's team, is Commander Saoirse Shepard. She reports having come by way of Atlantis. I can confirm having seen her there, but I am further verifying that with others known to have memories of the island. This is to vouch for Commander Shepard as a source.

Shepard reports a portion of her captivity alongside Bobbi Morse before they were separated. She also reports recognizing other faces. We might be looking at a doppelganger from this world, or they might be recruiting refugees. We know that this has happened in the past with BNU. We know that BNU had recovered pods. Omegasys had our people. The relationship between the two corporations bordered on incestuous before the war on Mars. They also appear to have an interest in enhanced individuals, as shown by their choice of captives.

I recommend a follow up investigation upon further vetting.

I've been considering a new method for stabilizing the mark. It's still a stopgap, not a cure, but I've hope for that, as well. We're looking at a dimensional tear, essentially, and some of the same spells used in spirit travel might be repurposed here. This world's solid boundaries have been working in our favor, I suspect, but they may also be increasing the pressure on the mark by bottling up its power. We can attempt an extra layer of spells - a metaphysical splint of sorts - or look for an outlet to siphon it off. Each has its dangers.
