I'm not sure if it's a good thing that I was able to so easily let go of everything that happened in that Rome-like place, but it's been pretty simple for me to get back to normal. Work is going well, and everything seems to be... interesting.

I think this has been the single most random weekend I've had in a while. I went to play a gig with my dad's band, and ended up getting kicked out of a bar. I'm not going to say for what, but suffice to say some people can't take a joke. Also, I need to stop picking out the most unattainable guy in an establishment to get my flirt on with. That... never works out well.

I need a new bowler hat, since my hedgehog made my old one into a nest. That was a fun discovery to make at 6am after no sleep. Also, I really want to meet someone who has a motorcycle, so I can beg them for rides, because nothing says summer in the city like a ride on the back of a motorcycle.
