I have to say, it's nice to hear myself think again. While I adore every child of mine, all of you in the same house at the same time, was liable to drive me insane. Now. All of you who are here do come visit, will you? In one's, two's or three's but not everyone at once, yes?

I'd forgotten. Or, not forgotten, but let other things get in the way, which makes the everything else fade. I know none of that was real and I guess I should be sad, but I'm not. It was a good reminder. I'd say I won't forget again, but I probably will. It's what we do as humans. Nevertheless, for now I remember.

I am thinking I am tired of all of this wanting them to go away needing a lot of caffeine.

I did not mind all the...uh...people who were staying in my home. I am not missing them either. It did make sleeping...troubled.

I'm so thankful I don't have classes today. If I'd been in a lecture when I got the news about Adam Yauch, aka MCA from the Beastie Boys passing away, I probably would have made a scene. As it stands, I'm kind of a hot mess right now. I've been texting all my friends trying to find someone willing to come to Brooklyn with me so we can honor MCA properly.

So, question of the day, cats and kittens; What's your favorite Beastie Boys song? Mine is 'Brass Monkey', but I'm also a fan of 'Paul Revere' and 'Intergalactic'. They had so many hits, it's hard to pick just one.

There goes my plan to see 'The Avengers' tonight, this takes priority.
