HELP!! Somebody help me!! My mom isn't doing too good and I can't carry her, I've tried. She's crying, throwing up, says her right side near her belly button is really hurting. I don't know what to do. I can't leave the twins either....please...she's shaking like she has chills and she's running a 102 degree fever.
