For those not yet up to speed on what's happened today: Katherine is now a teenager pulled from an early point in her timeline. She does not know who any of us are, including father and mother. I haven't the faintest idea what to say to her right now. Kylo has done a decent job of filling her in, so I see. I feel of everyone I am probably the last one that should speak with her. I'm not exactly...you know. Anyway. That's where we're at.

I'm pleased to say the doorway leads through the cottage in which I once lived to the city I love with every fiber of my being! I hope you find comfort and joy in Velaris, the City of Dreams, the City of Starlight. It is a place of wonder. You will see art beyond your wildest imagination, food more delicious than you'll have ever tasted, and meet people who only have kindness in their hearts.

No matter whether you are human, fae, vampire, or Na'vi you are welcome. There are far stranger beings in Prythian than those on this ship.

Take caution. I do not advise leaving Velaris. The mountains of the Night Court are staggering, frigid, and dangerous. You must pass them to see the remaining Courts. However, I will offer winnowing in a few days to other lands so you can see them before they are gone. Who knows when I will be able to see this land again...

[He sighs softly at the thought. Two weeks so short.]
