Has anyone lost their shadow? I'm only half-joking because I've seen it twice now. This strange silhouette just...lurking.

I've been told I need to post some kind of hello and actually interact with people here.

I'm Ashok, Nalini's husband. I've been set to work as the Cook at the Cottage. I won't cook food for employees so don't ask.
I will also be taking the place in Security of the stone lions that were destroyed in Rome.

I feel like we I should apologize to everyone for such a delayed introduction. The Ringmaster was kind enough to give my husband and myself time to recuperate from our wedding before we began our duties here at the Cirque.

My name is Nalini. For the most part, you will be able to find me on the Midway, either dancing or painting faces. If something serious happens, however, my husband and I will be taking on different roles. So... if you see very large tigers on the grounds, do not panic... but consider heading in the opposite direction. It is probably just a best practice.

I've been practically living in a huge hat and copious amounts of sunscreen since we arrived. But it's worth it, I've gone crawling all over the place whenever I can get a free moment. And I ate some bugs, which were surprisingly not bad. Very crunchy and spicy. The vendor was watching me as I tried one, and he seemed pleased at my reaction. They turned into my snack mix while I wandered through the rest of the market.

I've taken so many pictures of the temples and banyan trees. I sat under one for a few hours, just thinking about everything. It was so peaceful, I almost fell asleep. As long as nothing terrible happens while we're here, I think I'll miss Angkor Wat when we leave.

Am I just supposed to say hello? How strange.

This holy place seems like such an auspicious beginning to a life with the Cirque; it can only mean that the Gods will smile on us. And from what I am told, some favor from the Divine is needed?
