[For the past few days, Baldr had been wandering around the section of the maze that he'd woken up in. He hadn't thought to try reaching out across the network to Nanna yet because he was still getting his bearings. Unfortunately, his hesitance would prove to be his undoing.

After stocking up on things to eat and attempting to create a map using the drawing app on his phone, he started studying the plants to see if there was anything useful he could glean about his location from them. Making notes on the different types of fruits that he'd been able to find, he wasn't keeping as good an eye on his surroundings as he should, which was why when they came for him he was caught completely unawares.

Not that he would have been able to do anything even if he had warning -- Baldr was a lover, not a fighter -- which was why he was so stunned when he realized the Valkyries were the ones to bring about his end in the maze. No words were exchanged, just a meaningful series of looks as he was grabbed. He barely had time to do more than drop the items he'd been holding, let alone attempt to give out some sort of a warning. They were just too fast for him.]

Wedding planning is hard work. It's especially tough when the company is looking to get a few new projects up and running and I'm being asked to oversee them. I almost feel like my downtime is next to nothing.

It's alright though, I thrive on being busy.

Welp, I'm hoping 'befuddled' is a good look for me, since that's how I'm feeling. I'll take comfort in not being the only one.

I wish to borrow spend time with the child Killian. For my curiosity family bonding. Would you both be comfortable with that? It's fine if not. The parents Your comfort comes first. I know he's young so it can be a trying time for both parent and child to be separated a while.

It was so nice getting to see my brother, I hope in time my sister gets a chance to meet Nanna and Killian.

I'm not sure what makes me happier, getting to see my wife happily showing off our boy, or knowing that my brother can see firsthand how good my life has turned out. Actually, that's a lie - my Nanna is practically glowing and that always makes everything worthwhile.

It's been good getting to see family and enjoying a fancy wedding to boot, though all that pomp and circumstance makes me feel restless. I think Killian inherited that from me, but thankfully he can't go too far on his own yet.

It's so lovely to have something happy to think about.
