When you have a minute, I'd like to have a conversation about block leadership.

Given the results of last night’s selection process, I suppose I should introduce myself.

My name is Kylo Ren, and I have been selected as the leader of Block One. Unfortunately, it does not appear that the rank came with the ability to change the name of our Block, so we remain the “Angry Idiot Queens of the Dumpster Fire.” I hope you’re all proud of yourselves.

Before I arrived in this place, I was the Supreme Leader of the First Order, a government that rules most of my home galaxy. My predecessor and I grew the Order from a hermit state in the Unknown Regions into the dominant galactic power through a mix of voluntary annexation, alliances, and military victories. Having previously ruled over billions of people, I suspect I’ll do fine with the twenty-five of you.

Look, at this point I think ignoring each other has run it's course. I'm sure you don't want to talk to me, and we damn well know what happened the last time I tried to talk to you.

I can't bring you home - I'm not going to try. But I have some questions, and I think I deserve answers.

I never thought I’d be pleased to see sand again but, that being said, I’ve never seen sand this nice before or sand that comes with such an incredible ocean attached! This. This is alright.

If we're at all lucky, we probably only have a few days left of this. But most of us are starving or close to it, and a lot of the food we're getting from ingenious other sources isn't all that appetizing on it's own.

So I have a proposition for everyone - let's make a scavenger soup.

Bring what you have or get what you can that's savoury (a rarity, I know) and we'll throw it together with what we can to make something that's passible.

If you contribute, when it's ready, you get some soup.

Finn and I got two loaves between us. Anyone real stuck for food? I don’t have a lot but I’ll share what I got.
