We got a badger in today at the animal shelter where I volunteer after school. He's really sweet, see?



I sort of want to take him home with me, but Daisy gets all sulky whenever I bring in a new animal...hey Kon? Do you want a badger to come stay in your apartment?

I think I've put this off long enough. Skylark Tracking will be opening Monday, October 10th. The way it works is simple: You have someone or something you want found and don't want the proper authorities involved, you pay me cash money, then I find them. I'll be working with the authorities on bounty hunting gigs, but I can do a little work on the side for private customers for the right price.

As far as hiring. I don't actually need additional staff, but after spending a week in a bright and shiny galaxy I'm feeling generous and strangely give-backy, so here's what could be helpful: A receptionist, a tech specialist, and some extra muscle. I could also use a contact in the local five-o to give me the advance tip-off about any fugitive gigs that pop up, and I'm looking to pay that person a consultant's fee (which I'll negotiate with the consultant when who it's going to be is nailed down) for every solid tip. So there it is. If you're interested, reply here and we'll set up a time over the next couple of days to have a sit down.

Jaina Fel, or Solo, or whatever name she's using here, the woman that was talking about "playing" earlier, is definitely not herself. If you see her, I can't stress this enough, do not engage her, she is extremely dangerous. Get away as soon as you can without attracting attention and let me or another of the Jedi here know. Should my jaw be clicking? I don't think clicking is good. Ugh. Singes, a clicking jaw, busted ribs, and I think she broke three of my toes. If this is a political kidnapping then it is as bizarre as it is unwise, and while I have no difficulty in believing that someone could be this unwise I am rather thrown by the sheer incongruity of many of its elements. Still, I am at a loss as to why else so many people of stature would be abducted and brought to this "Kansas."

In either case, I am Queen Mother of the Hapes Consortium and if anyone has an explanation for this situation you should step forward to voice it immediately.

Really, Nihl? Are you seriously so desperate to keep me from tracking down the last remnants of your dying Sith Order that you have to resort to transporting me to some backwater rock on my wedding night? This is really starting to get distressingly desperate. Krayt would be so disappointed in you if he was still alive to see it.
