You know, the biggest thing I see that ends relationships (and I admit my sample size is skewed, but I suspect it's an endemic issue in all relationships), isn't that vague "irreconcilable differences," but it's sexual incompatibility. And I bet if you dug into those "differences," a lot of them really happen in the bedroom. I once read that if I man needs a surfboard under his butt and the theme song to Jaws playing in the background while the room smells like granny's apple pie, then that's what that man will get. But if a woman needs just the lights off, she'll be under the spotlight. It's a conditioned thing. Women are conditioned to not ask for what they want and men are conditioned to believe whatever they want goes. When this crashes together in the bedroom, it almost never goes well.

And I can't preach this enough, it always comes down to communication. By the gods, if I'm in bed and I need a cock or a finger a little to the left, the words, "A little to the left," are going to come out of my mouth. That kind of communication isn't unsexy. Trust me, if you're moaning about how good it feels, you will moan about a little to the left, and it will stay sexy. And know what else is sexy? Orgasms. And you know what gets you to orgasms? Communication. Get a little dirty with your talking. And if you're afraid of dirty talk, remember, all it is: What I want you to do, what you are doing to me, and what you just did to me, with a few healthy gasps in there for fun. You don't have to scream or yell or anything that feels uncomfortable to you. Just start small.
