we've been back from brazil for a couple of weeks now and i still haven't posted pictures. they're coming soon, promise. but life has been crazy. that's ok, though. it's a good crazy. i was hoping to come home to more winter like weather, but i guess that was asking for too much.

filtered: olympians and allies

so, while on vacation, my mertail returned while i was swimming and it took for.ev.er. for me to make it turn back into legs. anyone have any suggestions on how to control the returning of things? thankfully the beach wasn't crowded, but, you know..... it could have been.

I went hiking upstate this weekend and found the most random little spring and creek in the forest. It was so beautiful. There wasn't a river near it. It ran for just a little bit and then went back into the earth. It was partially iced over, but still found ways to trickle. I watched it for an hour. I could have watched it for longer, but my date didn't like being encased in the water that long got restless. Perhaps I'll go back this weekend and watch it again.
