Now that some time has passed and I can't be accused of "hovering", is she ok?

I do love the feeling of doing a job and that feeling of job well done. Even more so when it comes out better than planned which is saying something because I plan, a lot. There is something satisfying about hands-on work. Seeing something start from nothing and become this vast... 'thing'. A plan taking form and being a source of joy.

I had the opportunity to do a roof top garden and while it was a day long project, I think turned out well but you tell me. Pics behind the cut.

You'll both be thrilled to know that I've been out and about elevating your good names, all in the name of charity. First off, I've gotten one of the best boutiques, NYC Glamour Couture, on board with dressing all the ladies from the shelter. Then, I talked to my hairstylist and my aesthetician at Davidov Hair & Spa, and they're willing to give the ladies the full treatment for the big night.

The best part? All this is free, because I promised to talk them up and write stellar reviews.

Big Z, if you see a check cut from the 'Phemzeus Foundation', you made a generous donation to the womens' shelter to help them get supplies and do some renovations.

You're both free to tell me you love me now.

There's something so magical about watching a mother begin to bond with a child that makes me feel all warm inside. And those first few moments after giving birth are so crucial for helping to make both the mother and child feel safe and loved. The chemical release can be intense, even for those witnessing it.

It brings joy to my heart that I can help bring that kind of happiness to others.
