Well hello all. It's been...a while. I'll spare you the details, suffice it to say my desire to write anything whatsoever at all completely dried up and I hid under my rock. I'm working on pruning my list to a healthy amount that I can reasonably handle, and hopefully that'll help. I can't promise I'll be fantastic out of the gate, but I can promise I will do my best. And I'm sorry. It wasn't fair to any of you.

While I'm here, this gal is Persephone, Queen of the Underworld, wife of Hades, etc., etc. She needs all the connections, although right now she's much closer to Kore than the Iron Queen. Give it a month, though, she'll start to shift. That'll be fun.

What up, one and all? 'Tis Liz, with a new guy today! This is Asclepius, son of Apollo, Greek god of medicine, doctor extraordinaire. He's working in the ER of Lenox Hill, so if your character needs medical attention, it'd be really easy for them to run into him. He needs everything, so hit me up!

Heyyyyyy, so I know I've massively fallen down on the RP front. I've been stressed out about...well, a lot of things, most notably the fact that I'm waiting on a decision from the university I applied to. Like, if this doesn't work out, I'm gonna lose my shit, and as a result, my brain has barely been able to string thoughts together lately.

But anyway, hopefully tomorrow I'll get around to replying to things and catching up. I have vodka in me right now, I'm lucky this thing isn't riddled with spelling errors.

Hey guys! So this here is Alexander Hamilton. I got a bug up my butt and decided I was going to GET THIS DONE, and so...here he is. His bio's kind of long, and peppered with Youtube and resource links to help illustrate some of the information. This also turned into a game of 'how many Hamilton references can I shove into this thing before I start side-eyeing myself'. Apparently I haven't reached that limit yet, though, so I guess it's OK? Hey guys! This here is Gerald, and he's a hobgoblin who lives in the Delacroix/van der Burg/Rowland house. I banged him out in about an hour for a specific plot, but that doesn't mean he couldn't meet visitors. Or...I don't know, go out wandering once he's finished his tasks and people are sleeping.

He's 3 feet tall and he can shapeshift. He loves Earl Grey tea. He also speaks Welsh. :D Plots please!

Hey-o, just a quick note that I'm bringing back Mordred. He's Morgan and Arthur's son, and ever since he's slipped his mother's leash in the past, he's not keen to be on it again. Which means he's going to do whatever he wants and probably get himself up to all sorts of hijinks. Plots please!

Hey guys. This here is Thoth. He's pretty well known in the Egyptian pantheon, god of the moon, magic, knowledge, invented the calendar, etc. He's also the husband of Ma'at, and he's finally around to do things. Plots, yes good!

Hey guys! I have a new one today, this here is Pylades. He's related to about half the players in the Trojan War, and apparently he really likes his cousins. Seeing as how he married one, and the other is basically the foundation of most of his story. That being said...can I tempt you with Electra? :D

On a personal note, I won't be around much Friday. I'm leaving Salina, so I have to sell my car, get my U-haul, load it up, drive to Lincoln, and unpack. Then the bestie graduates college on Saturday. I'm spending Christmas with my mom, then on January 3rd, I'm flying to Christchurch! Paperwork all came through, and I'm going to stay with our lovely New Zealanders. And I'm terrible at waiting. LOL.

But once Saturday passes, I'll be around again, so if anyone wants to do things before or after that, hit me up! :D

EDIT: Made it up to Lincoln yesterday afternoon, since I was able to rent a pickup as soon as I walked into the agency yesterday morning. So I'm at my mom's now and feeling a lot calmer about everything.

So...I'm watching the election results come in, and just sitting here quietly freaking out. So if anyone's around and would be up for distractions (once I'm done dyeing my hair), I would really love that, please and thank you.

So...I've been telling Lara and Circe over Snapchat that I'm totally gonna go see the center of the US, you guys! Like, this weekend! And that...was over a month ago. But today, I finally went to bed at a semi-decent hour the night before, got up, and got myself on the road by 12:30. Which turned out to be fortuitous, because this place is a two hour drive from my house, and doesn't have outside lighting, as far as I can tell.

So when I got there, I scoped the place out. It's beautiful. I mean, really beautiful. You're up on a hill, looking at nothing but blue skies, farmland, and roads, for miles in every direction. It puts that 'I swear we were infinite' scene from Perks of Being A Wallflower to shame.

And of course, what use is a scouting report without pictures?! Here, have some!

Hey guys! I have a new one to intro today, please say hi to Arete! She's the final third of the Praxidikai (along with Praxidike and Homonoia), and she's here to be awesome and encourage people to lead good, honorable lives.

ALSO, she was known in Rome as Virtus, who was depicted with Honos a lot, so my personal headcanon is that they ran around Rome back in the day, getting into shenanigans. Possibly hooking up. IDK. XD

I'm also bringing back Coffee, based purely on the fact that people are up in arms about Starbucks doing something ZOMGDIFFERENT with their holiday cups for the second year in a row. I just need to swap out her Zoe Saldana icons for Nicole Behari, but then they will be ready for action.

Hey all! I have a new one to intro today, this is Persephone, queen of the Underworld and wife of Hades. She owns and operates a flower farm just outside the city, and lives on the property. She's here if any of the Underworld gods need anything, and to help things with them run as smoothly as she can. And avoid some of the other gods in the process. Like you do.

I'm also bringing back the Jersey Devil, because I've missed my favorite little cannibal monster. :D

Hey guys! Get out your guitars and put your dancin' boots on, because country music has come to join the party! I need to swap out his Blake Shelton icons for Brad Paisley, but they're here to have a good time, make some music, and get up to general shenanigans.

Johnny was here first, he embodies the old-school style of country, basically starting from its origins in the 20's, til about the mid-late 90's. Jenny showed up when pop/rock-country was starting to become big, and she's just gotten more powerful as acts like that got more and more popular. (She still sees Taylor Swift becoming purely a pop act a kind of betrayal. All, 'SHE WAS MINE FIRST, DAMMIT.' Johnny just sighs a lot.)

Johnny will probably treat all the music gods as family, children and grandchildren and so on. And since alternative country is a thing that exists, it's pretty safe to assume Jenny and Alt have a child out there somewhere. XD
