Thanksgiving break can never come too soon.

Reed, have you seen my black lipstick tube with the gold trim?

Hello to just about everyone!

I’m Ethan Cross, I moved in a week ago, and I’ve essentially been sleeping off the exhausting job of, ‘lift, move, repeat’ with boxes filled with pillows. I’m new in the city, and I’d like to extend my warm greetings to everyone reading this.

I’m in apartment 403 if anyone ever wants to drop by, have a beer, play some cards or some Left 4 Dead and the like.

Also, does anyone have the number of a good exterminator? There are cockroaches in the floor. I need to get rid of them soon, they're upsetting the rats.

Thanks,

Ethan

Do we really have rats and roaches on our floor? I just...

Ugh. I don't even want to think about that prospect.

I thought we had a pest guy?

Edit: There are no roaches. I was mistaken. Please disregard.

To whom it may concern:

Does anyone else notice a strange smell coming into the building?

It can't just be me. It started yesterday, and now it seems to be getting stronger.

Anyone at all?

It rained earlier today, which is novel in the fact that rain has its days numbered. Of course it was a short rain, almost shy, but still rain. It's getting close to the time of year when the rain will start turning to icy mush and then soon after that we'll have snow. Until that precious dip in the temperatures, any rain we get will simply feel like ice but have the water like ability to pierce through your clothing and leave you chilled till whenever you can properly dry off.

The feeling is slightly invigorating in a way that vaguely reminds me of hypothermia.

Should anyone care to bring an umbrella with them tomorrow, it likely won't rain. Umbrella remembering scares off rain quite well.
