Roger knew nothing about our missing journo.
He confirmed that Death Eaters are finding muggleborn kids who were in the Hogwarts book and draining their magic. The weak ones don't survive. If they have access to the BB book, they're probably going to start on Euro muggleborn kids too. I believe Nat's son's cousin was targeted, right? So you've got a start there if you want a reminder of what they do.
Was there something going on with the Ilvermorny book too?

The hand Bitchy McGee had when she attacked the school belonged to Voldemort. It is used to suck out magic. It drains magic and stores it and can be used for bigger spells. I guess that was what we saw.
