I guess I preferred the 'outdated' because it was simple and only had one 'gimmick' (icon previews). The whole java menu thing bugs me because I don't like having to turn java on to view a site.

That image originally comes from a fairy tale fashion shoot that I got at foto_decadent @ LJ. I can't remember the photographer, though.
