I asked burr86 about the people who turned off autopayments and HAVE NOT made manual payments since then - as he is saying that they are accidentally turning autopayments on instead of making single manual payments.

I can't really give you an answer in general, because there is a different reason for everyone, and the Accounts team can help those people figure out what happened.If you're in this situation make it very clear that you have not made manual payments and it's still been somehow turned on, so we can see how they respond to it.
