I've been reading the comm for awhile, and so far no one's posted about this here.

...So he's being charged, and his content remains up, untouched? (I can understand the necessity of keeping evidence for prosecution; however, this doesn't necessarily require said evidence remain online for all those hypothetical children to see. HELLO? MCFLY?)
LJ interest search for "white power". Notice all the Russian-language comms. Plug those comm urls' into Google's R>E engine, and let the hate speech and racism flow forth. Where's the outrage? Where's the open letters, the petitions, and all the spotlight?
Oh, right. LJ News just announced back-to-school v-gifts, and gratuitously plugs the shit out of Diet Pepsi Max (even going as far as to offer journal and mood themes!) hoping that everyone will get distracted. Because nothing says "I love you" more than a virtual diet pepsi max!
Dear LJ: Nice to know that stopping HP slash fanart, supporting anorexia, and chugging Pepsi's cock are more important than actually dealing with hardcore hate speech ToS violations. It's not like anyone's died, right?
LJ/6A should just come right out and admit that they're being 'selective' about whom they choose to apply the rules to.

And yes. I might not agree with what some people want to say, but i will still support their right to say it.
This is how to contact them yourselves.
Because the thing is - for once, we're not just a bunch of whiners as we've been perceived before a fair few of us fall under Pepsi's target market group.
And "neo nazis" is one of those loaded terms that can make people sit up - if you try and go tell people "Pepsi are involved with a group who are allowing people to host material inciting racial hatred" you'll get a blank look from many. If you say "One of the groups Pepsi sponsors also provides a website for neo-nazis" they will understand.
I was still clinging to my journal over there, mostly because that's where my friends are and the first drama didn't effect me. But now I'm done; I fall into their hated group, and I for one don't want my email address associated with a group that supports them.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. :) I wish I could help you with the language barrier thing, but the best advice I can give is to do what I did and take a crash course in Russian.

And I just read this comment, where the abuse team said nothing is wrong with Pokemon pornographic (http://community.livejournal.com/lj_biz/242136.html?thread=14659544#t14659544) images. Why? If Harry Potter "porn" is against the ToS because they might be underage, what about Ash? Is it because it's heterosexual?

Please notice the tried. I got really confused when 'child pornography' came up as an option for 'hate speech', plus I wasn't really sure if I should choose 'illegal activity' or 'illegal content' (the other two options O.o) - I don't even remember what I choose -_-
Yes, it should've been TOSsed on other grounds, because even if LJ for whatever sexist/homophobic reason only considers race and ethnicity grounds for hate speech, it's still a violation of the terms of the TOS to *harass* other users. But the fact that they wouldn't do anything when there were patently multiple violations in the post is... well, just another example of LJ Abuse basing its decisions on bias rather than actual rules.
