The Weiss Kreuz 100

Thanks to a few past prompts, Schwarz has taken home the trophy this round with their 70 point win!  Weiss and Schreient really didn't stand a chance.  ^_~

This week's prompt is #79 - Mercy

Have mercy!

To have mercy is to have compassion and/or pity on someone and show them kindness.  It may be that someone is being saved from a bad situation or that someone is being forgiven and saved from a maximum punishment.  Some people are merciless and therefore harsh nd cruel toward others who are suffering.

Would Omi ever participate in a mercy killing? Does Masafumi ever show any of his test subjects mercy? Is there a situation where Schuldig would ever beg for it? What if he were being tickle tortured with a feather?  Is Farfarello merciless? Would Ken have mercy on him? Does Yohji think "oooh have mercy!" every time he sees Aya's naked rear end?  

Well, no matter your form of mercy, write in some compassion (or heartless cruelty) in just 100 words

When it comes to kinks and fetishes, it seems that Weiss and Schwarz are evenly matched!  They have to share the trophy over the holidays with 10 points each.

Okay, here's the deal.  With Christmas and the new year upon us, your friendly mod is really busy and in the throes of trying not to get sick(er).  Yeah.  So, for the next two weeks,  I give to all of you - past prompts!

“I rather like you like this,” Crawford said.

“I thought you might,” Schuldig responded. “Now that I’ve told you my kink, what’s yours?”

A smile flickered at the edge of Crawford’s lips. “You’ll find out.”

Schuldig watched as Crawford walked over to the bureau and revealed a video camera.

Everyone has something that turns them on or something that they obsess over.

Perhaps Neu has a foot fetish or Takatori likes to be tied up? Does Hel have a thing for scientists? Maybe Ken really gets a kick out of long hair or Manx loves men's clothing? Does Yohji have a thing for panties? Is Omi into the anonymity? Does telepathy turn into foreplay for Schuldig? Does Aya get off on the feel of his sword. Is Farfarello into leather? And Crawford - he is just too damn conniving not to have a few kinks hidden away in a trunk of toys.

Regardless of the kink or fetish, let us see them in just 100 words.

This week's prompt is #76 - Formal Wear Required

There are lots of occasions worth dressing up for – weddings, funerals, parties, graduations – and some places that just require you to dress up – fancy restaurants, seminars, television appearances.

 

Perhaps we are witnessing a Omi’s graduation to school, a funeral/memorial service for a fallen comrade, Takatori’s first appearance in the news, Ken's big date, Schuldig dressing up for a special function – whatever the occasion or place, formal wear is required in 100 words.

This is a first!  Weiss just took home the trophy by grossing Schuldig out for 10 points!  Schwarz went home in shame following several flashes in Schuldig's direction from Crawford's glasses.  Schreient doesn't want to play with us no more.  ^_^

Red dress with matching shoes, hair curled around her shoulders just so and briefing Weiss on their next mission - that's Manx. 

Who is the woman that is the face of Kritiker?  What are her hopes, dreams, hobbies?  Is she in love with Persia?  How does she feel about her job?  What's with those socks with pumps?  Does she get fed up with Yohji hitting on her?

So, give us this mysterious, competent, sexy woman in only 100 words!

There is always a first time for everything.  

What was Crawford's first vision? How about the first time Schuldig heard voices other than his own?  Was Ken's first foray into professional a clumsy mess?  Was Masafumi's first project a failure? How about Nagi's first kiss?  What is the first meeting with Manx like? How old was Omi when he held a crossbow for the first time? How did Yohji's first date end up? 

Or take the first time prompt sexually.  I am sure none of us would mind, but please definitely place those behind a cut for work-safe purposes. ^^;

Literally or figuratively, being haunted isn't all that it's cracked up to be.  Oh sure, the ghosts may be fun at times, but then you come home and your stuff is a wreck or out of place.  Being haunted by your own past is even worse.  The memories body-slam you when you aren't even looking and leave you feeling less than human.

 Will Asuka let Yohji sleep at night?  Is the flower shop haunted by a poltergeist?  Does Crawford have any memories that haunt his dreams?  Is Aya haunted by what may have been? Is Rosenkreuz haunted by the screams of thousands of children that didn't make it out alive?

Whatever your take on being haunted, write it in just 100 words.

Everyone has a birthday and this week is all about that cake and ice cream!

Have The members of Weiss managed to keep Aya's surprise birthday party a surprise? Is Nagi sulking alone somewhere during his birthday celebration?  Has Schuldig managed to get Crawford the weirdest birthday gift ever?  Are Schuldig and Crawford  taking over the local pizzaria (Chucky Cheese) to celebrate Farfarello's birthday?  Is Manx making a special cake for Persia?  Would Yohji jump out of a big cake for Ken's birthday party?  How does Takatori spend his birthdays?

Occasionally, you run into situations that are just awkward.  Does Omi barge in on Aya and Yohji in a "compromising" situation?  Did Ken say something that left everyone a bit uneasy?  Is there an awkward silence between Schuldig and Crawford?

Awkward can also mean clumsy.  Was Manx an awkward child?

Fire.  It burns, it smolders, it crackles, it glows.  It can be essential for cooking, giving warmth to a cold soul or used to kill.  It can sometimes be defined as a form of passion or enthusiasm - like a fire in your gut (but then, that could be just indigestion). Arsonists use it to get a cheap thrill, firemen try to put it out, glassblowers use it as part of the creation process.

It appears that Schwarz has a lot of time on their hands these days!  They watched more movies than any other team last week for 30 points and the trophy in Crawford's office.

That smile that hides the tears, the shorts, the mysterious past - this week we're talking about Omi! 

Who is the the guy behind the smile?  What are his hope, dreams, hobbies?  How does he feel about Aya?  Whhat kind of training did he receive in Kritiker?  What is his favorite weapon - crossbow, compound bow, darts?   Is Ken secretly attracted to him?

Pick any movie, find a quote that inspires you and write it into a drabble.

This can work one of two ways.

This week's prompt is #67 - Alternate Universe

Put the characters smack dab on a different world! Who would they be if they ended up as desert nomads? How about in a casino in Las Vegas? Or stuck in a spaceship, lived at the circus, were underground cave dwellers?

Give Weiss special powers to get counter Schwarz better! Is Yohji a pyrokinetic? Can Aya fly? Are any of them superheroes?

What if Nagi was a robot? Is Ken part of an alien race come to collect a rare flower to save his planet? Suppose the women of Schreient were the the ones from Rosenkreuz - would Hell be akin to Crawford?

What if the roles of good vs bad guys were reverse?  Would Schuldig make a good florist turned assassin?  Is Ken a sadistic lunatic out for Catholic blood?

This week, take reality and shift it to the left, give it a vigorous shake of the imagination and see what alternate universe you can come up with for the characters! But remember to write it in just 100 words.

This week's prompt is #66 - Naoe Nagi

That school uniform, those telekinetic powers, the sarcastic tone and blank stare - that's would be Nagi. 

Who is the boy among the team of men?  What are his hope, dreams, hobbies?  How does he feel about living with Schuldig?  Where did he gain his knowledge of computers?  How does Farfarello feel about him?  Do the Elders suspect him of treason?  Is Omi (or Ken) secretly attracted to him?

When you decide to have a pet, you take on quite a lot of responsibility.  Schwarz proved themselves incredibly responsible last week with 10 points.  Ken overfed and killed Omi's goldfish and Tot can't tell the difference between mice and birds.

A wish is a hope or desire for something. For example, right now, I wish my brain were working.  ^_^

This week, write a drabble based on the wishes of a character.  

Does Omi wish he lived a more normal existence?  Would Masafumi happen to know how to make a potion that makes your wishes come true?  Does Nagi wish for a pony and gets saddled with Farfarello instead? Taketori wishes for power and recognition.  Is Aya wishing for a better tomorrow?  Does Crawford wish that Schuldig would just shut up?
