Well I was in my office grading final papers today and found a delivery of minced pies and gingerbread men. Thank you mysterious baker.

Oh, right -- look, I promise I'm good for it. My family's the Fantastic Four, you can totally invoice them. They'll pay you back double as long as you're not a supervillain.

As you all should probably expect right now, the Lawrence Youth Center is having a winter celebration. Not calling it Christmas because ha, not dealing with the PCness. Besides, I spin a mean dreidle.

So we'll hold it on December 20th and, as always, you're all invited. I can also use volunteers but I really just want everyone, especially those of you with kids, to get a chance to enjoy yourselves. We'll have Santa there, hopefully some entertainment (still pulling a few strings), games, and a white elephant gift exchange. Not for any particular holiday, cough cough, but who doesn't like gifts?

Anyone here (whose name isn't Loki) know anything about Chaos Magic? And how it works in this realm? Because I don't want to accidentally shred the fabric of spacetime or break physics or anything. I watch Doctor Who. (Well, I did. RTD > Moffat.) I know how bad things get.

I liked saying what I was thankful for at dinner so I thought it might be good to share it now.

I sort of feel like we got off on the wrong foot, there. And, well, I'd had my assumptions that she was Nik's from the things you were saying but it just didn't add up and...yeah, all right, I doubted the truth of it. But Nik's talked to us and assured the truth of it and I think I should probably somehow be nicer to my niece's mother.

Hayley was a werewolf of my acquaintance back in Mystic Falls. Last I knew she'd screwed over Tyler Lockwood which admittidly raised her in my estimation but there was little else I knew of her.

As it turns out, later in my timeline I sleep with her.

In doing so, for whatever reason I don't yet understand she became pregnant.

The result is Hope. I've seen her, held her and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, she is mine. If nothing else the proof is in the fact that Hayley is a Hybrid. This was because of Hope.

She'll be looked after, for now she is staying with Marcel, eventually I will find her somewhere to stay.

Elijah Rebekah. No offence but your partners have both used family against me in the past so while they've probably worked out most of it I'd rather them not know the whole story. And don't tell me either of them is incapable of using her, you should both know better.

Crowley and Anna I do not believe would.
