War Is Coming Communications.

There didn't seem a good time to mention it before and, well, I've only just finished exploring it myself - Hogwarts Library is here in Lawrence. I wished for it at Christmas but I've been building in a few safeguards, to stop it from falling into the wrong hands, and, well, what with everything, it took me longer than expected.

I've cast a fidelius charm on it: for those of you who don't know what that is, it means no one will be able to plot or stumble across it unless they have been told where it is by the secret keeper, which is me.

If I die get sent home, everyone that I have told, in turn, becomes a secret keeper. That way, I hope it will continue to be useful, even if I am not here to oversee its use.

Before I tell anyone where it is, however, I'd like to give a warning: while many of the books it holds are standard books of spells, magical histories and directories, that doesn't mean the knowledge they hold can't be dangerous. And there are plenty of books which aren't standard at all and are just down right dark. I hope anyone I trust with the secret of its location will honour that trust and keep any information they gain there safe and confidential. Knowledge is power and I won't stand by and let the library be abused, if I can help it.

That being said, if you would like access, please feel free to contact me. The spell books may not be relevant to many of you here, but there are plenty of books which will be. I just hope it can make some kind of positive difference.

Anyone here (whose name isn't Loki) know anything about Chaos Magic? And how it works in this realm? Because I don't want to accidentally shred the fabric of spacetime or break physics or anything. I watch Doctor Who. (Well, I did. RTD > Moffat.) I know how bad things get.

Also, I have such a craving for Pringles, but they're so gross.

It's always nice to know that the people here are exactly the same as people back home on the Upper West Side. They're just as tolerant and understanding and accepting.

In other news, English was cancelled today for mysterious reasons.

Though, I guess it's not actually a happy holiday since it's all about atonement and sin and not eating...

Speaking of which, I'm starving. I haven't eaten in 18 hours, and I still have roughly two more to go. Anyone know where I can get a good breakfast that time of night? Is there an iHop or a Denny's nearby?

My mom used to make a huge breakfast for my family the night that fasting was over. She'd make eggs, bagels (store-bought), fruit salad, and followed up with Sour Cream Coffee Cake and Mandelbrot. It always tasted so good after 20 hours of not eating. I probably should not be talking about food when I'm starving, but that's all my dad and brothers could talk about during the day.

We never were really the temple-going kind of family, but we usually tried to make the final prayer service if nothing else. I'm not going to go today, though. It'd just be weird without the rest of my family. I did stop outside of a temple earlier while walking around... Maybe that counts for something.

And now I'm suddenly feeling very homesick. Time to read more comics

So, first day of classes was okay. Kind of strange to be a normal teenager again, but I can't really complain. At least most of the day was taken up by a career test of sorts. Apparently, I'm a very feeling-oriented person who would do good with an artistic career such as Fashion Design (a little stereotypical, don't you think?) or Art/Animation (I'm actually okay with this). I guess Superhero wasn't an option.

I know, I know. It's like the cardinal rule not to read your own story, but I'm not exactly the rule-following type. Besides, I already checked the last page, so I know exactly what happened during that time and what to expect.

I'm excited.

I'm trying to look up a friend from back home. I'd like to kill him visit him, maybe, and I was wondering if anyone could help me find him.

It's probably going to sound dumb being excited about cereal, but I am. It's October and I've got Boo Berry and Frankenberry cereal sitting in my cabinet waiting to be eaten. Boo Berry is supposed to turn the milk blue. I said I hadn't tried it before when at the store today and the clerk looked personally offended that I'd never had Boo Berry cereal, or Count Chocula. The moral of this story is I think I understand better now. I was going to wait till morning, but screw that it's too good.

Hi, I'm Billy Kaplan. I guess I should probably be more freaked out by all of this, but after dating an alien, becoming teammates with a time traveler, and possibly being a transplanted soul of a child that was supposed to be dead, you kind of look over the small things.

I'm 16, and I was a teenage superhero in my world. That's really pretty much it. Oh - Well, they called me Wiccan. Guess that might interest other comic book fans like myself.
