Hello, I was told to contact you about obtaining identification to exist here. How does one go about that? Also, I was told that things would need to be falsified as my family and I are not from here but Moscow. Unless we simply need to go to the Embassy to gain permission to stay?


[I don't know if you've been reading up on things here, but there are classes that the complex offers to help in adjusting to this place and on how to defend ourselves against thigns that might come up. Obviously, this would not be an option for the girls, but would you be willing to work out a routine where we alternate and then teach one another what was missed? That way we can take care of Fayina and Jelena as well as learn to defend ourselves and better protect them? You may be a horrible husband but you've always been a good father, surely you would want to help in this, right?]

I wanted to wait until the Vegas trip was over to say anything serious to you, but I wanted you to know that I'm here for anything you need. I don't want to overstep my boundaries, you already have a mother, but that doesn't mean you aren't still part of my family. You're John's son and Dean and Sam's brother after all. Not being technically related to you also doesn't mean I don't care or that I can't understand why you did what you did. If the terms of my deal had been my soul for John's life I might have made it even more quickly. Not to say I approve, but I know I would have no business lecturing you about it.

Just a heads up. I'm headed out to meet up with Bobby. He's got his hands on a few hunts I can distribute among those of you who are willing and experienced, so I'll update with that info as soon as possible. Let me know in advance if you want in.

On a somewhat similar note, I plan on talking to him about starting up basic training over at his place again. It seemed to work well the first time we did it, so I think continuing on with that might work best for those of you who want some hands on experience. Bobby'll be working personally with everyone interested if he wants in, so long as they meet the age requirements (eighteen and up).

As much as I hate to admit it, Jacen is right. We've been slack on training you guys up for your own protection lately and that's not acceptable. We all need to be able to defend ourselves. Every one of us is a target and we are always at risk.

I don't mean to come off as Captain Paranoid here, but it's true. We all have to be ready for the worst. People have died here before and they will die here again. At the very least, the next person who does should be able to go down with one hell of a fight.

I'm gonna say this once, and I don't expect to have to say it again.

I'm not in a position of authority around here. I don't want to be. Stop acting like the crazy, dysfunctional shit I do has anything to do with you guys, or the overall morale of the group or whatever the hell. If I'm off having fun, you don't get to assume the whole group just 'doesn't care about fighting' anymore, or whatever the hell else you want to throw at us. It shouldn't matter what I do. Just because I'm one of the more experienced hunters doesn't mean it's all gonna fall on me - or on Sam, by the way.

We're just here, we're not in charge of anything. I, for one, don't want to be.

We might be happy to help, yeah - hell, I'm more than happy to help out. I don't want to see anybody else get their asses killed 'cause they didn't know what the hell to do with demons or whatever. That's why I've stuck around the area as long as I have.

But you don't get to act all entitled and pissy 'cause a couple of us are off having some fun, trying to relax a little bit for a few days. You just don't.

First of all, my priority is my family. Not the random people in Lawrence who think I owe them something because I happen to be a Winchester and therefore somehow everything I do becomes a big deal. You guys are important, yeah, but if it's down to spending time with my family and my little brother who's dying and going to hell in a couple weeks, or sitting around here on my best behavior so you guys don't get antsy? I'm pickin' the former, and I don't expect to be bitched at for it.

Secondly, if I want to drink, I'm allowed to drink. I'm a grown man, I'm not driving around or doing anything too stupid-dangerous. I know what I'm doing. And, yeah, I have my reasons for why I drink a little more than the average person, but they're none of your damn business unless I say they are.

So yeah. Clear?
