While you may have heard that caffeine is another big no-no during pregnancy, it's actually okay in moderation. After years of controversy, most researchers now believe that, although caffeine does cross the placenta, moderate amounts (less than 300 milligrams a day) won't harm your baby. That's about what you'd get from two to three 8-ounce cups of coffee. (However, you could get that much from just one 8-ounce cup if it's brewed very strong.)
That means I can probably have half a cup of Nate's coffee.
That is the best thing I've read all week. |

You know, I just realized that our doctor doesn't really have the equipment to handle the kinds of things that Nate and I need to get checked out in regards to the spawn. Which mostly means the doctor has a low chance of convincing Nate to do anything if he should take the notion that he should be anywhere in the same country as me when I'm in labor.
Which would be dumb, by the way, Nate.
Soooooo, is Doctor Strange still here? I'd really like to know if my children are going to open a portal to hell or anything when they're born. So we can get them warmer booties, in case it's frozen over.
