I found a box of hooks and various other fishing supplies.

I also have my trident. I'm willing to see what I can catch in the way of fish and seafood if people think it's safe to fish here? I don't want to hook one of the merpeople.

They look like the people who saved me when I got pulled overboard retrieving stuff from the ship.

So, I guess they're mostly safe? Or at least mostly safe to us?

Has anyone spoken to the creatures appearing in the water? It appears that they're trying to help us, but we won't know for sure until we make contact.
