All right, that was not pleasant, but I finally made it back with Leah.

I'm Yennefer and now that I know that my portals will let me travel, do we know how many people are missing and how many islands are involved?

I was just in Iceland and there are several people there.

Geralt, are you still here? What about Buffy?

I didn't have the heart to tell our merfriends I didn't need the help underwater.

I don't know about anyone else, but I kinda liked being able to breathe under water.

For those who wish, the merfolk will gladly take survivors to their city beneath where a feast will be held in their honor. More in depth interactions can be had. (Touch base with Krista if you have a request.) A LOT can be learned.

I'm feeling the need to get some sparring practice in. And I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.

ETA: Any of you folk who can heal others magically interested in being available during sparring sessions just in case? It would make our doctors feel better.

I tripped fighting off one of those damn dogs and I...think I sprained my wrist.

After talking to Sharon, it occurred to me that I should make an announcement. After the first feast, I saved some tomato and pepper seeds in hopes that they wouldn't vanish, and I could plant them. They didn't, and I did. After the most recent feast I, and some others, made an effort to save enough food for a couple of days. We probably should have said something after the first feast, but didn't. Frankly, I assumed everyone knew because some of us posted about it. But people may not have hung on my every word, as it turns out. Mea culpa.

So.
If there is another feast--and I hope that there will be--everyone should come prepared to carry off some extra food. If you have any containers, especially ones that you can seal, bring them. Especially plastic ones (there may not be any, but plastic lasts a long time, so...there might be some tucked away somewhere on the island). Even without refrigeration some foods will keep for several days.

Also--among all the people here with powers: is there anyone who can create ice, or just make things cold? If so, perhaps we can establish a communal ice house or something similar.

After a conversation I had with Nick, it seems that it might be a good idea for us to compare our worlds. --the ones we came from, anyway. We can see if there are commonalities, see if that leads us to ideas as to why we we chosen for this place?

For me, I come from a place called Central City in Missouri. Apparently it doesn't exist in everyone's world.

It was nice of whoever brought us here to provide food for everyone and a chance to enjoy not having to worry for even a few minutes.

We need to try and figure out a way for Christian and I to feed. I'm doing my best by eating regular meals, but it's not going to keep us surviving for very long. Do we trust anyone enough to ask?

Oh my god. Coffee and Pizza. There's so much of it here, I could eat it all. Lucky's running around like crazy with the excitement.

After the creepy message a few hours ago about people being sent back to their lives, we're being thanked for our "efforts" with actual real food.

I'd strongly encourage everyone to get down to the pier by the white house and eat between now and sun up. We have no idea when we might get food like this again.

Now, let it be known that I'm big on patient confidentiality. However, before sharing this I asked for permission first because it seems like pertinent info for the masses to know.

Regarding the post below mine - the ghost at the port seemed to have caused some sort of timed affliction (all symptoms point to tuberculosis, which is very old school). I was able to detect an hourglass by doing a mystical scan of chakras and their alignments - the sand doesn't have far to go, so I'm guessing only a few hours. If anyone also runs into a ghost who not-so-kindly passes on tuberculosis, best you can do is treat the symptoms while the hourglass runs out.

Mint has antibacterial properties. Garlic is also good. For treating the fever and chills, remember to rest, hydrate, or maybe find a kind soul to sponge you off. Of course, I say that and the next spirit could give someone ghost ebola, but we'll cross that bridge if it comes up.

I have good news, and bad news. There's plenty of fish at the port, and there's even some useful shit in the buildings. But, I didn't get any fish. The place is haunted, and I think I might be dying. If you decide to go down there, be careful. That ghost is a fucking bitch, and not very pleasant to be around.

Leia Organa, born on a planet called Alderaan, formerly living on Hosnian Prime. Most recently I've been building and organizing a Resistance against a regime calling itself the First Order. This place seems to much less that speed, but no less difficult. I'm hoping we're all able to begin working together to a) make it through one day at a time and b) figure out where the hell we are and why.
